Refresh Companies journey begins back in 2016 with the founding of Refresh Refinishing in Northeast Ohio. The systems and processes developed during the infancy of the company introduced many welcomed improvements to the service industry for the multi-family space. The needs of its clients were being met with new efficiency and at a higher quality standard then what had come to be expected. The company rapidly began to grow and prosper and by 2019 had become the leader in the Ohio refinishing industry.
Due to requests from existing clients in late 2019, Refresh decided to tackle more of these challenges for their clients. The multi-family space needed a full make ready solution! One company that they could call to turn a unit quickly and affordably but without stealing all of the Property Managers and Maintenance Supervisors time in the process. The leadership at Refresh had experience in all of the areas needed and the resources to offer this solution. So began the process of expanding the service offerings to include Painting, Janitorial and Carpet Cleaning.
By the end of 2021 Refresh successfully expanded its offerings and established the processes needed to save property managers time and a whole lot of headache with their apartment turns. The only logical step at this point was to share the solution with the world. This is where Refresh Companies was truly born! Throughout 2020 and 2021, Refresh documented its processes, built its systems and designed the first franchise model of its kind. A franchise business model built specifically for and around the multi-family make ready industry! An opportunity for franchise owners to move from being employees to business owners well holding on to that atmosphere and culture small businesses are known for.
