We require everyone within the Refresh network to participate in our initial and ongoing training programs for that reason. Every technician must attend training for each service they are performing before they may perform that service for us. Certifications are issued only after the individual has demonstrated a clear understanding and the ability to perform using a series of intensive testing procedures. Our certification program covers all areas of our business. From the local franchise owners, to the technicians performing our services, they all participate in our certification program.
